Refunds Policy

While we cover return shipping for exchanges, kindly note that initial shipping and gift wrap fees are non-refundable. SALE ITEMS POLICY

Sale Exclusions: Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns on items purchased during a sale or with the use of a discount code as part of a promotional offer. All discounted items are considered final sale, except in cases where the items are faulty, and proof is provided by the customer.

 

Return Conditions: To facilitate a smooth return process, ensure that all item/s are returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with their tags attached. Please be mindful that damaged returns or returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to the sender.

 

Gift Cards: Kindly note that gift cards may not be returned. However, store credit does not expire and can be utilized toward any purchase on our site, providing you with flexibility and convenience.
